FHHN: What's the word on sneakers and t-shirts ?

Rene: All I have to says is “Kicks Is Crack” check out that T-Shirt at www.paraxbrand.com We are in boutiques nationwide. If you 're a sneaker fanatic you must cop this T-Shirt. You will be feeding more crack from our clothing line over the summer. Watch out!

FHHN: What 3 albums do you currently have in rotation ?

Rene: Man... I am eclectic individual. On the hip hop tip, I'll be honest. Albums are not fully hot these days. You have dope songs but NOT dope albums. I will say I like the T.I. album. I have this Swedish artist in my player named Timbucktu. I don’t even understand everything that he's saying but it’s hot! That J Dilla album (Donuts) is dope. RIP. The M-1 Album is dope too.

Everything I have in my player is John Mayer, Shadow (Calypso), Bob Marley Exodus, and Sounds of Blackness.

FHHN: Is Spitkicker still breathing ?

Rene: Yeah man. Spitkicker has been taking yoga classes so we're coming at you in several different ways since we are mastering our breathing techniques! LOL! Check out Spitkicker Radio on XM Satellite Channel 65 The Rhyme on Saturdays at 6pm. Encore presentation is on Thursday at 11pm. The hosts are Heather B and Mr. Walt. We also are expanding Globally this month with artists from the UK, France, Germany, Japan, Scandinavia, and Canada. If you have not checked out our site please do at www.spitkicker.com. We have the best e-zine on the web called Spit Mag. We do a bimonthly event with The Marksmen called Turntable. It is the original Producers Beat Lounge. We have have also developed partnerships with myspace.com, mlb.com, CSTV, and couple of other companies that I will be able to reveal in a few weeks. Look out for a tour possibly in the fall. Also, a Spitkicker single is in the works. We also have a bunch of Mix Cds coming out this year.

FHHN: What is your motivation ?

Rene: Creating new trends, being the underdog, putting things on the map that no one would even imagine could be mainstream. My mother always said when I was young that I was a silent leader and I feel that she hit that right on the top of the nail. I just like doing things that you think of and bringing those thoughts into reality. GOD is the key to all that since he is the creator of it all.
